Verb Exchange Tabrio Application Scheduled for Demo at Adobe on AIR European Tour

Vancouver, BC, Canada – June 2, 2008 – Verb Exchange, Inc. (TSX:V‐VEI) a leader in digital media, today announced that Tabrio development partners, Nitobi, will present Tabrio as a featured application at this year's Adobe on AIR European Tour.

Tabrio is a personal communication service that makes it easy and affordable to stay in touch with anyone, anywhere, on any device. People everywhere can make high quality, low‐cost long distance calls from their mobile, landline or PC, and send global text messages at greatly reduced rates.

Nitobi, renowned for their expertise in Adobe development technologies, will feature the Tabrio desktop application during Adobe on AIR, an 11‐city train tour through Europe where attendees learn how to bring web applications to their desktops using the Adobe AIR software. Tabrio will be featured in Stockholm, Berlin, Warsaw, Prague, Munich and Milan.

She has launched, portfolio managed and lifecycle managed 12 wireless and online products, and managed application services industry segments in telecom and media companies including TELUS and Xerox. Most recently, Christine oversaw six leading mobile brands, delivering voiceenabled services for social networking and entertainment brands across North America.
