Vancouver, BC, Canada – September 17, 2008 – Verb Exchange, Inc. (TSX:V‐VEI) is pleased to announce several new marketing channel initiatives for Tabrio™, Verb’s communications service that allows users to voice call and text globally from anywhere they choose.

Verb Exchange has entered into a partnership with SA Reunited for Tabrio™.  SA Reunited, an online portal joining over 700,000 South Africans globally on the biggest South African social network on the planet, will offer Tabrio™ to its entire online community.

“Tabrio™’s ease of use and steeply discounted international long distance and two-way text (SMS) delivery rates make it the perfect communications tool for SA Reunited’s massive expat community, allowing them to stay connected to their family and friends overseas,” said Aron Buchman, President, Verb Exchange.

Verb Exchange also announces the launch of the Tabrio™’s Affiliate Program through the OfferForge Affiliate Network. OfferForge reaches over 135,000 web, search and blog publishers, and is owned by ForgeBusiness, a leader in the affiliate marketing industry. The Affiliate Program allows Verb Exchange to buy media for Tabrio™ on a cost per subscriber basis and as such is a highly cost effective method of acquiring consumers.

In addition, Verb Exchange announced the following advertising publisher inventory acquisition, which allows Tabrio™ to deliver revenue generating quality advertising to Tabrio™ users online and through mobile platforms:

AdMob - a mobile advertising marketplace that connects advertisers with mobile publishers.

Rubicon Project - Rubicon aggregates stats and other data on all of Tabrio’s website ad publishers and helps profile the how and when to place ads from each individual network, by demographic, geographic location and context.

Suite 66 – Suite 66 provides solutions by carefully selecting qualified online publishers. Suite 66 then provides customized recommendations on how to reach your target in the most effective manner. By aggregating similar content into specific niches, Suite 66 creates advertising programs that deliver results.

“When evaluating any partnership, it's important to choose a partner that will maximize revenue potential. This is our top priority. We believe our knowledge of the properties we work with is the key to maximizing their revenue. We make a point of understanding each partner's unique needs and their unique selling proposition. “ said Jay Mitchell, Director Sales, Suite 66.

“We now are initiating the next phase of our business model, growing our user base in relevant expatriate verticals and gathering consumer data to allow us to accurately vend opt-in ad content and monetize this efficiently,” said Craig Goldenberger, CEO Verb Exchange.
